1.5lb steak 4 tbsp olive oil, divided 2tbsp/2tbsp 2 tbsp lime juice 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp salt 2 bell peppers 1-1.5 onions Lots of tortillas Mix 2 tbsp olive oil, the lime juice, the garlic, and all of the spices. Slice steak into fajita strips. Add to the marinade and stir to coat. Cut onions and peppers into fajita strips. Heat remaining oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions and peppers and cook until beginning to soften, then set aside. Add beef and any remaining marinade to skillet and cook until nearly done. Do not drain: that's flavor juice. Return the peppers and onions to the skillet and stir. Serve in tortillas.
