Parisian Blonde

An orange milkshake of an after dinner drink.

1oz white or amber rum
1oz heavy cream
1oz triple sec
2-3 drops of vanilla extract

Garnish: light dusting of nutmeg

Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Amber rum will lead to more depth. It looks white regardless, because cream is powerfully white.
