House Cable Car
(from Difford's Cable Car #349)

1oz white rum
0.5oz dark Jamaican rum
0.75oz triple sec
1oz lemon juice
0.33oz simple syrup
1 egg white
1 dash Angostura
1 dash orange bitters

Dry shake, then shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a coin-size piece of orange zest expressed and floated, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a few drops of vanilla extract, or use 1.5oz spiced rum in place of the rums, and leave out the Angostura and orange bitters.

If no orange zest, put a dash of orange blossom water in the bottom of the glass before pouring.
