Mulligan stew 1lb ground beef 1 large green bell pepper 1 large yellow onion 1 8-oz can tomato sauce 1 large can baked beans (I like 22+oz cans, myself) Dice the pepper and onion, and sautee in a large frying pan in olive oil or butter until they begin to soften. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, draining the fat. Add tomato sauce and baked beans, then fill the tomato sauce can with water, swirl it around in the baked beans can, and add it too. Add salt and pepper, if desired, and stir until evenly mixed. Bring to a boil, then simmer for twenty or thirty minutes, until it looks like stew (that is, mostly homogenous). Serve with Frank's Red Hot, or some other hot sauce if you like being wrong.
