2 tsp olive oil 1.5lb chicken, cut into ½" cubes Honey Soy sauce 3 cloves minced garlic Red pepper flakes Pat chicken dry, season with salt, cook in oil until brown on one side. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper flakes together. Add sauce to pan, toss to coat, cook until chicken is done, then add corn starch to thicken sauce. Serve over rice. Top with green onion.
