Key Lime Mocktail

1oz lime juice
1oz water
0.5oz simple syrup
4-5 dashes Peychaud's bitters
1-2 drops orange blossom water
1 egg white

1.5oz heavy cream

Dry shake all ingredients but heavy cream.

Add ice and heavy cream to shaker. Shake until combined. Don't overshake.

It doesn't curdle.
