French Noel

A holiday-themed French 75.

0.75oz gin
0.75oz grand marnier
0.5oz spiced simple syrup
0.5oz lemon juice

Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with 2-3oz of champagne.

Spiced simple syrup
200g sugar
100g water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp clove

Boil, cool. Shelf-stable.
