Roll dough out, sprinkle baking powder over it, knead to combine. Divide into buns. Roll into spheres, flatten to ovals, fold to the bao shape, oiling the inside. Set on little squares of parchment paper, and let rise 10-20 minutes. Steam buns 6 minutes to cook, or 2 minutes to warm. Freeze extras.
